3.5 oz chicken (ground or breast)
4 oz red peppers, thickly chopped
4 oz green peppers, thinly chopped
1/4 c water
1/2 t Taco Seasoning


  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Cook chicken until fully cooked
  3. Add peppers, cover, and cook until tender
  4. Drain most of the water and add in taco seasoning
  5. Stir and cook for another minute
