Ingredients:
3.5 oz chicken (ground or breast)
4 oz red peppers, thickly chopped
4 oz green peppers, thinly chopped
1/4 c water
1/2 t Taco Seasoning
Directions:
- Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
- Cook chicken until fully cooked
- Add peppers, cover, and cook until tender
- Drain most of the water and add in taco seasoning
- Stir and cook for another minute
