Ingredients:
1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
6 c of chicken stock
1 heaping T coconut oil
1 medium sweet yellow onion, diced
3 to 4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 whole carrots, peeled and sliced
8 ribs of celery, chopped
1 medium head of green cabbage, shredded
1 T dried ginger
1 T dried thyme
1 T dried oregano
1 T dried parsley
1 T ground turmeric
1 t pink salt
pepper, to taste
Directions:
Turn crockpot on high
Add broth and spices, stirring well
Add all other ingredients
Cook for about 4 hours (or 6 hours on low), stirring occasionally
