Ingredients:

3.5 oz lean ground beef
8 oz chopped tomatoes
1/2 c water
2 t onion powder
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
pinch of garlic powder
1/4 t chili powder
pinch of oregano
cayenne pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in small frying pan
  2. Add garlic
  3. Stir in tomatoes and water
  4. Add spices and simmer slowly until liquid is reduced
  5. Add water as needed to prevent burning
  6. Serve with tomato garnish and salt and pepper to taste
