3 oz cooked bison steak, cut into small cubes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 T sliced black olives
3 jalapeno rings, diced
1/4 c plain greek yogurt
1/4 c salsa
1/3 c Cheeseless Queso Dip
1/8 t Taco Seasoning


  1. Cut peppers into triangle slices and arrange on plate
  2. Drizzle Cheeseless Queso Dip on top of peppers
  3. Toss bison steak cubes in Taco Seasoning then add to plate
  4. Sprinkle on olives and jalapenos
  5. Top with salsa and greek yogurt
