Ingredients:
3 oz cooked bison steak, cut into small cubes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 T sliced black olives
3 jalapeno rings, diced
1/4 c plain greek yogurt
1/4 c salsa
1/3 c Cheeseless Queso Dip
1/8 t Taco Seasoning
Directions:
- Cut peppers into triangle slices and arrange on plate
- Drizzle Cheeseless Queso Dip on top of peppers
- Toss bison steak cubes in Taco Seasoning then add to plate
- Sprinkle on olives and jalapenos
- Top with salsa and greek yogurt
