Ingredients:
2 c riced cauliflower
1 T canned coconut cream
1 T Simple Girl Carolina Style BBQ Sauce
1 T spicy brown mustard
1/2 t italian seasoning
1/4 t smoked paprika
juice of 1/2 lime
1 T nutritional yeast
Tone’s Chipotle Salt Blend, to taste
Directions:
- Steam riced cauliflower in small saucepan in small about of water until desired consistency is reached (about 4 minutes)
- Drain liquid and return to stove over low heat
- Stir in coconut cream, bbq sauce, mustard, paprika, and nutritional yeast
- Add chipotle salt blend, to taste
- Stir in lime juice
