Ingredients:
1 1/2 c (1 can) chickpeas (or white beans), drained and rinsed
3/4 t baking powder
1/8 t baking soda
1/4 t pink salt
3/4 c coconut sugar
2 t vanilla extract
1/4 c golden flax meal
1/4 c peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 c Lily’s chocolate chips (or coconut oil chocolate chunks)
Directions:
- Grease 8×8 pan or line with parchment paper
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend all ingredients (except chips) until very smooth in food processor
- Stir in chips until well mixed
- Scoop batter into pan
- Bake for 30 minutes (Will look a little undercooked when taken out of oven, but will firm up as they cool)
