Chocolate Coconut Bread

1/2 c coconut flour
1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
2 packets stevia (or liquid stevia)
5 eggs
1/2 c coconut oil, melted 
1 t vanilla
10-12 drops chocolate stevia
1/4 c Lily’s baking chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Sift together the dry ingredients
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until very smooth
  4. Grease a small bread pan and fill with batter
  5. Sprinkle Lily’s baking chips on top
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
