Ingredients:
4 ripe bananas
2 c coconut flour
2 T coconut oil, melted (divided)
2 T unsweetened cocoa/cacao powder (divided)
SweetLeaf chocolate stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Blend bananas, coconut flour, 1 T coconut oil, and 1 T cacao/cocoa powder in food processor/blender
- Add stevia, to taste
- Spoon mixture evenly into greased mini cupcake tin
- Bake for 25 minutes
- While cooling, combine remaining 1 T coconut oil, 1 T cacao/cocoa powder, and 10-15 drops chocolate stevia
- Drizzle chocolate mixture over cookies then place in refrigerator for chocolate to harden
