Ingredients

1 c. nut butter of choice (if using peanut butter, this is a P5/6 recipe)
2 medium ripe bananas 
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. liquid stevia (or more if sweeter cake is desired)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 8" cake pan.
  2. Place all ingredients into food processor.
  3. Blend until well mixed.
  4. Pour batter into cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
