Ingredients:
1 c. nut butter of choice (if using peanut butter, this is a P5/6 recipe)
2 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. liquid stevia (or more if sweeter cake is desired)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease 8″ cake pan.
- Place all ingredients into food processor.
- Blend until well mixed.
- Pour batter into cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
