Ingredients:
1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T flax meal
1 T BlueBonnet French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 T unsweetened almond milk
1 T coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 T Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder
5 raspberries
1/2 t liquid stevia
1 T shredded unsweetened coconut
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in mug
- Add egg, almond milk, and stevia
- Stir in flax meal, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, coconut, and baking powder
- Mush raspberries with spoon and stir into batter
- Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
