Ingredients:

1 t coconut oil
1 egg
1 T flax meal
1 T BlueBonnet French Vanilla Protein Powder
1 T unsweetened almond milk
1 T coconut flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 T Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder
5 raspberries
1/2 t liquid stevia
1 T shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions:

  1. Melt coconut oil in mug
  2. Add egg, almond milk, and stevia
  3. Stir in flax meal, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, coconut, and baking powder
  4. Mush raspberries with spoon and stir into batter
  5. Microwave for 90 seconds or bake at 350 for 15 minutes
