Chocolate Raspberry Pudding

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, pitted
6 oz frozen raspberries
2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
3 T unsweetened coconut or almond milk
12 drops SweetLeaf chocolate raspberry stevia

Directions:

 

  1. Throw all ingredients into a mini food processor and blend, occasionally scraping down the sides, until smooth and creamy
  2. ​Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for later
