Ingredients:
1/2 grapefruit
3 T water
1-2 t cinnamon
1/2-1 dropperful stevia
Directions:
- Heat skillet over med-high heat
- Cut bottom off of grapefruit half (about 1/2″)
- Peel remaining grapefruit and cut into sections
- Brown all sides of individual grapefruit sections, transferring to plate once browned
- Squeeze juice from bottom of grapefruit into skillet with water, stevia, and cinnamon
- Simmer liquid, stirring as needed, until sauce consistency is reached
- Spoon sauce over carmelized grapefruit sections
- Serve warm or chilled
