Cinnamon Candied Grapefruit Bites

1/2 grapefruit
3 T water
1-2 t cinnamon
1/2-1 dropperful stevia


  1. Heat skillet over med-high heat
  2. Cut bottom off of grapefruit half (about 1/2″)
  3. Peel remaining grapefruit and cut into sections
  4. Brown all sides of individual grapefruit sections, transferring to plate once browned
  5. Squeeze juice from bottom of grapefruit into skillet with water, stevia, and cinnamon
  6. Simmer liquid, stirring as needed, until sauce consistency is reached
  7. Spoon sauce over carmelized grapefruit sections
  8. Serve warm or chilled
