Ingredients:

4.5 oz scallops
1/8 t Old Bay
1/8 t Mrs Dash
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1/4 cup of coconut aminos 

Directions:

  1. Heat lemon juice and coconut aminos in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Sprinkle scallops Old Bay and Mrs Dash
  3. Add scallops to skillet and cook thoroughly
