1/2 c coconut flour
1/4 t pink salt
1/4 t baking soda
5 eggs
1/2 c coconut oil, melted 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease breadpan and set aside
  3. Sift together coconut flour, salt, and baking soda
  4. Add eggs and coconut oil and stir until very smooth
  5. Pour batter into breadpan
  6. Bake 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
