Coconut Flour Yogurt Pizza Crust

Ingredients:

4 eggs
1/4 c coconut flour
1/4 c plain greek yogurt
1 t onion powder
1 t oregano
1 t basil
1/3 c shredded parmesan cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp pink salt

Directions:

  1. Line baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Whip eggs in a large bowl with yogurt and salt
  4. Add coconut flour and whip until smooth
  5. Stir in onion powder, oregano, basil, garlic, and parmesan cheese
  6. Gently pour about 1/2 the batter onto paper lined pan
  7. Use spatula to spread the batter into a thin 8″ circle
  8. Bake for 10 minutes
  9. Remove pan from oven, add pizza sauce, cheese and other toppings as desired
  10. Place back in the oven on broil for about 8 minutes more
  11. Repeat this process with the remaining half of the coconut flour batter
