Coconut Flour Pie Crust

1/2 c. coconut oil
1/4 tsp. pink salt
3/4 c. coconut flour
1-2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf stevia
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt coconut oil.
- In medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, stevia, and salt together with a fork.
- Add coconut flour and stir until dough holds together.
- Gather the dough into a ball with hands.
- Flatten dough out evenly into a 9″ greased pie pan.
- Prick dough with a fork.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
