1/2 c. coconut oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pink salt
3/4 c. coconut flour
1-2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf stevia


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt coconut oil.
  3. In medium bowl, mix oil, eggs, stevia, and salt together with a fork.
  4. Add coconut flour and stir until dough holds together.
  5. Gather the dough into a ball with hands. 
  6. Flatten dough out evenly into a 9″ greased pie pan.
  7. Prick dough with a fork.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown.
