1 frozen banana
1/2-1 T coarse ground coffee
stevia, if desired


  1. Place frozen banana in food processor and process until ice cream consistency is reached
  2. Add in desired amout of coffee grinds and stevia and process until smooth
  3. Transfer to bowl then place in freezer to harden if ice cream is too soft
