Ingredients

1 c coconut flour 
1/2 t powdered stevia or 12 drops liquid stevia
1 t pink salt
3 1/2 t baking powder
5 eggs 
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1/3 c coconut oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 
  2. Grease 8x8 inch baking pan
  3. In large bowl, combine coconut flour, stevia, salt and baking powder
  4. Stir in egg, milk and oil until well combined
  5. Pour batter into pan
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean
