1 1/2 c. Daisy cottage cheese
8 oz. cucumber, shredded
1 T. minced garlic
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. dill
pink salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Place shredded cucumber in collander in dish towel and wring out as much water as possible
  2. Add cottage cheese, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper to food processor
  3. Process until smooth and creamy
  4. Add in cucumber and pulse/process until well combined
  5. Serve immediately (does not store well for more than a few hours in the fridge b/c water from the cucumbers starts to settle on the bottom)

    *If using this as a P2 recipe, you may have 2 servings of Tzatziki along with 4 oz cucumber slices to count as your protein and veggie (194 calories)
