Ingredients:
1 c. frozen chopped spinach
¼ tsp. nutmeg
2 oz. canned crab meat
pink salt, to taste
2 eggs
1 batch 90 Second Coconut Bread
2 servings Coconut Oil Hollandaise
Directions:
- Prepare 90 Second Coconut Bread and place on 2 plates.
- Poach both eggs in saucepan.
- In skillet, heat spinach, crab, nutmeg, and salt then plate on top of bread slices.
- Place egg on top of spinach.
- Drizzle Coconut Oil Hollandaise over egg.
