Ingredients:
1 portabella mushroom
2 T cream cheese
3 T browned ground beef
1 garlic clove sauteed in ghee
1/2 t ghee
Directions:
- Preheat grill to medium heat, and oven to 350.
- Combine cream cheese, ground meat, and garlic – set aside.
- Brush mushroom with ghee.
- Grill over medium heat approx 5 minutes each side.
- Let cool about 4-5 minutes.
- Spread cream cheese mix over inside of mushroom.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with pink salt.
