Creamy Asparagus Soup

8 oz asparagus
1/2 c cottage cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 t onion powder
salt and pepper



  1. Place raw asparagus in sauce pan and add enough water to cover well
  2. Sprinkle onion powder on asparagus
  3. Boil until tender
  4. Place cottage cheese in blender with garlic
  5. Pour asparagus and liquid from sauce pan into blender
  6. Blend until desired consistency
  7. Top with salt and pepper
