Ingredients:
1/2 c cooked chicken breast
2 T cream cheese
1/2 c bell peppers
1/2 c broccoli
1/2 c mushrooms
1/4 c grated carrots
1/4 c onion
1 T jalapeno peppers
1 T coconut oil
pink salt, to taste
1 t Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Vegetable Magic Seasoning
Directions:
- Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces.
- Season with vegetable magic seasoning and pink salt.
- Saute veggies and chicken in coconut oil until cooked through.
- Stir in cream cheese.
