1/2 c cooked chicken breast
2 T cream cheese
1/2 c bell peppers
1/2 c broccoli
1/2 c mushrooms
1/4 c grated carrots
1/4 c onion
1 T jalapeno peppers
1 T coconut oil
pink salt, to taste
1 t Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Vegetable Magic Seasoning


  1. Chop all veggies into bite sized pieces.
  2. Season with vegetable magic seasoning and pink salt.
  3. Saute veggies and chicken in coconut oil until cooked through.
  4. Stir in cream cheese.
