Ingredients:
2 T coconut oil
16 oz ground chicken
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 baby bella mushrooms, chopped
2 c green cabbage, chopped thin
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 c Honey-free Honey Mustard Dressing
Directions:
- Heat coconut oil in large skillet over med-high heat
- Add ground chicken and cook until cooked through
- Add all chopped veggies, cover, and cook until tender (stirring occasionally)
- Stir in Honey-free Honey Mustard Dressing
- Add other spices as desired
