Ingredients:
16 oz radishes
1 c water
1/4 t pink salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 t chives
1/4 t celery seed
1/8 t dill
1/4 t sage
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
parsley, as garnish
Directions:
- Bring medium saucepan of water to a boil
- Cut ends off radishes and cut into quarters
- Boil radishes for 5-10 minutes, until softened
- Drain water and set aside 1 cup of boiled radishes
- Transfer remaining radishes to food processor
- Add water and spices
- Process until creamy consistency is reached
- Stir in reserved boiled radishes
- Transfer to bowl
- Garnish with parsley
