Creamy No-tato Soup

16 oz radishes
1 c water
1/4 t pink salt
1/8 t black pepper
1 t chives
1/4 t celery seed
1/8 t dill
1/4 t sage
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
parsley, as garnish


  1. Bring medium saucepan of water to a boil
  2. Cut ends off radishes and cut into quarters
  3. Boil radishes for 5-10 minutes, until softened
  4. Drain water and set aside 1 cup of boiled radishes
  5. Transfer remaining radishes to food processor
  6. Add water and spices
  7. Process until creamy consistency is reached
  8. Stir in reserved boiled radishes
  9. Transfer to bowl
  10. Garnish with parsley
