Ingredients:
2 roasted red peppers
1 T olive oil
2 oz chevre goat cheese
1 t pink salt
4 servings Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
2 T coconut oil
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- Heat coconut oil in skillet over med-high heat and cook Zoodles until tender
- Stir sauce into Zoodles (Zucchini Noodles)
