Cucumber Noodles

Ingredients:

8 oz cucumber
salt

Directions:

  1. Spiralize cucumber using a Veggetti, Spiralizer, other tool (or use a potato peeler).
  2. Toss cucumber in few pinches of salt.
  3. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  4. Drain excess water off of noodles.
  5. Serve cold or warm (steam, boil, or pan fry in hot water for a few minutes)
