Ingredients:

1 c. lightly packed pitted dates  (14-16 dates)
2/3 c. boiling water

Directions:

  1. Combine dates and hot water in a bowl and let sit for 1 minute. Massage with fingers to help soften.
  2. Place dates and all the liquid in a blender and process for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.
  3. Store in a closed container in the fridge.
