Double Chocolate Almond Bites (Bombs)

Dark Chocolate Layer
2 T coconut oil, melted
1 T Hershey’s Special Dark cocoa powder
2 dropperfuls stevia

Almond Chocolate Layer
1 T coconut oil, melted
1 T almond butter
1/2 T unsweetened cocoa powder
1 dropperful stevia
sprinkle of pink salt


  1. Combine all ingredients for Dark Chocolate Layer in measuring cup with pour spout
  2. Pour into ice cube tray (fill 4 cubes about 2/3 each)
  3. Place in freezer until solidified 5-10 minutes
  4. Combine all ingredients for Almond Chocolate Layer
  5. Pour into ice cube tray over solidified Dark Chocolate Layer
  6. Return to freezer until solidifed
