1 T coconut oil, melted
1-2 dropperfuls SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia (or other flavor of choice)
1/4 t xanthan gum
unsweetened cocoa powder, if desired
Directions:
- Combine coconut cream, coconut oil, and stevia in medium bowl
- Whisk in xanthan gum until thickened
- Place in fridge until ready to serve
