Easy Egg Muffins

Ingredients:

12 eggs 
Choice of veggies, cheese and meat

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Spray the inside of the muffin trays with non-stick spray
  3. Beat the eggs together and pour into muffin tins filling half way
  4. Layer veggies, cheese, meats on top
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes
