1 c Swanson chicken stock
1 T minced onion
1 clove of garlic crushed and minced
1 t garlic powder
1/8 t rosemary
1/8 t sage
1/8 t thyme
pinch of nutmeg
pink salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 t xanthan gum


  1. In a small frying pan combine stock, onion, garlic and spices
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce down until slightly thickened, deglazing with a little water periodically
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in xanthan gum
