Ingredients:

3 oz cooked chicken (or 5 oz cooked shrimp)
2-3 big cabbage leaves
4 oz shredded cabbage
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Asian spices
4 drops or 1 packet Stevia

Directions:

  1. Steam big cabbage leaves for 5 minutes.
  2. Move leaves over to side of steamer to make room for shredded cabbage.
  3. Steam both for 5 additional minutes.
  4. Remove shredded cabbage to a mixing bowl.
  5. Add chopped chicken or shrimp and spices.
  6. Mix and then wrap in a big cabbage leaf.
