Ingredients:
1 can tuna
1 T jalapeno mustard (or 1 T yellow mustard + diced jalapeno, to taste)
2 T dill pickles, chopped
1/2 c avocado, cubed
1/3 c grilled onion
1/2 c cherry tomatoes, cut in half
A couple shakes of Texas Chicken Rub
pink salt, to taste
Directions:
- Combine tuna, mustard, Texas Chicken Rub, and pink salt in bowl
- Stir in remaining ingredients, until combined
