Ingredients:

8 oz enoki mushrooms
8 oz water

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in saucepan
  2. Separate enoki mushrooms into individual strings
  3. Add mushrooms to saucepan and boil for a few minutes until softened
  4. Drain “noodles” and serve
