Ingredients

1 egg
1 t coconut oil, melted
3 T egg whites
1 t baking powder
2 T flax meal
2 T coconut flour
1/3 c unsweetened almond milk (or other milk of choice or water)
stevia or vanilla creme stevia, to taste
1 t cinnamon, optional
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder, optional (adds 10 more calories for chocolate waffle)
 

Directions
  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. Stir all ingredients together in bowl/container with a pour spout
  3. Pour into waffle iron
  4. Cook for 4 minutes
