1 1/2 c. flax meal
1/2 c. coconut flour
1 T. baking powder
1 tsp. pink salt
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. water
1/3 c. coconut oil, melted
spices of choice (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line 9×13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  3. Combine eggs, coconut oil, and water in blender.
  4. Pulse in pink salt and baking powder. 
  5. Pulse in flax meal and coconut flour (alternatively combine in large bowl), scraping sides down as needed.
  6. Scoop mixture onto baking sheet (Do NOT let sit too long or it will get very thick).
  7. Spread evenly with spatula.
  8. Sprinkle with spices, if desired.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until starting to brown.
  10. Cut into slices with pizza cutter or knife.
