Ingredients:
8 oz cucumber, thicky diced
1/2 c Braggs apple cider vinegar
1/2 c water
1/4 t pink salt
1/4 – 1/2 t garlic powder
1/4 – 1/2 t onion powder
Finely cut fresh basil and rosemary, to taste
Directions:
- Place cucumber into bowl
- Sprinkle with pink salt, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Add apple cider vinegar and water and toss until coated
- Mix in basil and rosemary
- Refrigerate at least one hour
