Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb frozen strawberries
1 c plain yogurt
1/2 c unsweetened organic coconut milk (canned)
1/4 t liquid stevia

Directions:

  1. Place coconut milk and yogurt in blender/food processor
  2. Start to blend then add frozen strawberries and stevia
  3. Stop blender occasionally and push frozen strawberries to blend
  4. Place in container and into freezer
