2 large cucumbers (16 oz), sliced thin
1 t pink salt
1/2 c Braggs apple cider vinegar
2 t dill
1/2 t garlic powder


  1. Mix vinegar, dill, pink salt and garlic powder together
  2. Pour over sliced cucumbers in tupperware or glass container
  3. Stir well
  4. Place lid on container
  5. Sit in refrigerator upside down for a few hours (or overnight)
