Garlic Dill Roasted Radishes (No-tatoes)

8 oz radishes
1 t dill
1/2 t garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop radishes into bite size pieces and place on baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top of radishes.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes, stirring and flipping radishes around 9 minutes.
