1 very ripe pear
1/4 t ginger
10 drops SweetLeaf vanilla cream stevia
1/8-1/4 c water


  1. Remove core and stem from pear and cut into pieces
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor
  3. Process at low speed until combined then increase to high speed until desired consistency is reached
