Ginger “Soy” Tuna with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1/4 c water
1 (5 oz) can white tuna
8 oz mushrooms, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 T Bragg’s liquid aminos
2 t ginger

Directions:

  1. Heat water in skillet over med-high heat
  2. Add mushrooms and tuna to skillet 
  3. Cover with lid and allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are soft
  4. Drain excess liquid
  5. Stir in liquid aminos and ginger and heat for another minute
