Ingredients:
2 T coconut oil
1 1/2 c unsweetened coconut, toasted
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c cashews
1/8 t pink salt
1/8 t nutmeg
1/8 t ginger
1 t vanilla extract
1 dropperful SweetLeaf vanilla creme stevia
Directions:
- Toast coconut at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes
- Combine all ingredients in food processor
- Process 10-15 minutes, scraping down sides as needed, until smooth and creamy
- Transfer to glass jar or tupperware container for storage
