Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 c egg whites
1 T coconut flour
1/4 c golden flax meal
1/2 t baking powder
stevia, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat waffle iron
- Combine all ingredients together with fork, whisk, or in Magic Bullet
- Pour into waffle iron
- Cook for 4 minutes
* Can add cocoa powder, fruit, shredded coconut, etc for waffle variations
