Greek Spinach Dip
1 c. plain greek yogurt
1-2 dropperfuls stevia
1 c. frozen chopped spinach (defrosted)
1 T. red onion, finely minced
3 T. water chestnuts, finely minced
3 T. red bell pepper, finely minced
3 T. carrot, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
¼ tsp. pink salt
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. dill
⅛ tsp. black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- Taste and season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
