Green Onion Soup

Ingredients:

8 oz green onions
2 c vegetable broth
2 t Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1 t parsley
4 drops stevia or 1 packet
1/2 t paprika
1/2 t salt
1/2 t dill
1/2 t thyme
1/8 t red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
1/8 t celery seed

Directions:

  1. Briefly steam green onions until tender
  2. Preheat saucepan over medium heat
  3. Chop steamed green onions
  4. Saute green onions in small amount of vegetable broth for a couple minutes
  5. Add spices and stevia and saute another 1-2 minutes
  6. Add remaining vegetable broth, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20-30 minutes (can add water if necessary)
