Ingredients:

5 oz cod
1/2 T Homemade Old Bay Seasoning (or Old Bay)
water
pink salt, to taste
Green Pepper Curry
 

Directions:

  1. Prepare Green Pepper Curry then transfer pepper slices to plate (leave some sauce in skillet)
  2. Rub both sides of cod filet with Old Bay
  3. Place in skillet with sauce (add more water, if needed) and cook until fish is flaky
  4. Place fish on top of green peppers
